Responsibilities include CRM management, in-office tasks like creating marketing materials and managing communications, organizing staging inventory, creating social media content according to Compass standards, coordinating closings, and organizing digital archives. Compensation is $20 per hour, with additional mileage reimbursement and potential bonuses, paid bi-monthly. The assistant will work as a contractor with quarterly performance reviews, and all work must be conducted professionally on company time.
