Curve Hospitality, a leader in custom hospitality FF&E design, procurement, and manufacturing, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in ensuring the efficient movement of goods from our domestic and international manufacturing facilities to client sites across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipping schedules, freight bookings, and customs clearance for international and domestic shipments.
- Track containers, manage ETAs, and communicate status updates with project managers and clients.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, trucking companies, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping documents, invoices, and Bills of Lading.
- Support the Logistics Manager in cost analysis, vendor evaluations, and freight optimization.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally with Procurement, Project Management, and Accounting to ensure seamless order flow.
- Monitor and report shipment delays or damages, working with vendors to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field (hospitality or manufacturing experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of international shipping, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Monday.com or ERP systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
